This 90-minute seminar will enable you to:
听- Recognize how web users think and behave
听- Understand the significance of reading and scanning patterns
听- Consider the physical limitations of onscreen reading
听- Apply best practices for web writing
听- Avoid common web writing mistakes, such as the "wall of text"
听- Create better and more engaging web content
About the facilitator: Jane Affleck, Online听Content Officer (Communications & Marketing),听has been writing and editing for the web since graduating with an MA from Concordia University. She loves sharing her knowledge of usability and the importance of adapting voice to audience with those new to web writing.
