Answers to these questions can be heard on CBC Radio鈥檚 IDEAS on Friday November 30th at 9pm when four of Canada鈥檚 top research scholars debate these intriguing questions.

Four of the five 2012 winners of the Canada Council鈥檚 Killam Prizes participated in the 1st annual Killam Prize Symposium, hosted by the Governor General of Canada at Rideau Hall. The discussion was moderated by Paul Kennedy, host of IDEAS 鈥� CBC Radio One鈥檚 program of contemporary thought.
