Student development theories are generally broken down into five categories: psychosocial, cognitive structural, person-environment, humanistic and student development process models. This session will delve into the most well known theories (including Chickering鈥檚 theory of identity development and Sanford鈥檚 Challenge & Support) and discuss how these apply to your work.
